Will be more people on my photo shoot?
No, all photo shoots are private so you can feel comfortable and ensure the best photos
What happens in case of delays?
Delays will be deducted from the tour time - for example, if you booked a two-hour tour and arrived half an hour late, your tour will only have an hour and a half. Additionally, the number of photos delivered will also be reduced proportionately.
Delays exceeding 50% of the contracted time will be considered a canceled tour with no refund.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule according to our schedule availability.
For cancellations:
30 days before: 100% of the value
15 days before: 50% of the value
7 days before: Non-refundable
*In case of rain or snowstorm, you can reschedule or receive 100% of the money back.
